Rent a room in Pacific Beach

I have a fully furnished room for rent in PB 1.5 miles from the beach. Close to freeway, getting in and out of PB can be challenging, so very convenient. Room has a Tempur-Pedic bed with liked pillows. Desk, shelves, lamps, TV, Alexa, smart plugs, and your own refrigerator! Shared bathroom. Street parking only. About me. I'm a chill guy who loves the beach, longboarding, biking, and bar-B-Qing! LOL I enjoy shows like, Blue Bloods, Swat, Fire Country, and SEALS. I work Monday through Friday 2pm-11pm and a hospital.
