History and general location:
The property is located in the Johannstadt district, which was developed more than 130 years ago and experienced a rapid boom from around 1880. The Gründerzeit buildings and Art Nouveau-inspired properties were built between 1880 and 1910 and extended in a rectangle between Augustusbrücke, Goetheallee, Elbe and Grosser Garten.

Historie und allgemeine Lage:
