Rent a room in Los Angeles

Due to finding a new job I have to relocate so I’m looking for someone to take over my master bedroom in an apartment that’s shared with one of my really good friends. Building is across the street from southwestern law school so great for students and because of that it is a really chill area. Also close to a lot of restaurants and 5 min walk to target. Apartment building and school across the street have security. There’s a grassy area where people take their dogs if you have one. Rooftop is always empty so nice area to chill/get some sun. Rooftop view includes Hollywood sign and downtown skyline. You can also see the Griffith observatory and Hollywood hills from our balcony. Apartment building has a couple of work lounges. Room has 1 semi walk in closet, a 2nd closet and private bathroom. Internet is included. My roommate is a nail tech and works from home 3/4 days a week so on the plus side you don’t have to go to a salon lol she also has a chihuahua who you’ll rarely see. I myself have cats and her dog gets along fine with them and other dogs. When my roommate isn’t working she usually isnt home so you’ll have the place to yourself a good amount of time. She usually works during the week like 4 maybe 5 days 10:30-5ish. She’s super clean, respectful, and a lot of fun to be around so I’m going to miss living here a lot and hoping to find someone great to take over. Room comes furnished if you like (bed, dresser, tv, nightstand) or I can get rid of everything up to you!
