English: Subletting of an apartment (4th floor with balcony) for a limited period of 6 months (extendable to 12 months), including furnishing (by arrangement) from December 2024.
During my stay abroad, I am subletting my apartment in consultation with the owner. The apartment will be sublet fully furnished (kitchen, dining table, chairs, height-adjustable desk, bed, wardrobes, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher). The furnishings are of high quality and can be adapted in consultation with the tenant.
It is a spacious, 74.8 sqm two-room apartment in the 20th district. Numerous stores (Hofer, Billa Plus, Spar, bakery, sausage stand, Billa, tobacconist, pharmacy, Turkish grocery stores) as well as two elementary schools, recreational areas (Donauinsel, “Freie Mitte Nordwestbahnviertel”, Mortarapark, fitness center) and public transport (S-Bahn, U6, line 2) can be reached in less than 7 minutes on foot. Doctors, the Millenium City and numerous other supermarkets and shopping streets in the new urban development area Nordwestbahnviertel are also a little further away.

Während meines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich in Absprache mit dem Eigentümer meine Wohnung unter. Die Wohnung wird vollständig möbliert untervermietet (Küche, Esstisch, Stühle, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Bett, Schränke, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler). Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und kann in Absprache mit dem/der Mieter*in angepasst werden.
