The sleeping room is divided into 2 floors, so it feels like you'll have two living rooms! If you wish it can also be used as a WG, both living rooms and sleeping rooms are big enough. The cold rent is €1400, warm is €1800. I would like a deposit of €2500.
It's located right in front of the Treptower Park and also closeby S-bahn Treptower Park. The area is very quite and perfect if you like long walks in the park.
