Rent 4 bedroom house in Elgin

I have one bedroom with large-closet in my house that I am looking to rent out. You would have access to a broad living area, full kitchen, large backyard, and washer and dryer on-site. There is some storage in the garage, and the room has an optional window AC unit in addition to central air. The bathroom would be shared with two roommates who are neat and clean. The house is one story. Rent would be $700 with 1/4th of all utilities. The room is currently furnished but I can move those items to a storage unit if you are looking to bring in your own things.I am a non-smoker and would need no smoking to occur within the house. I am not a neat freak but want basic cleanliness. I have two cats so any other potential pets would need to be able to get along with them.I am looking for longer-term roommates but short leases may be possible. There is a $200 deposit. Potential renters need to provide proof of income and be willing to pass a background check.
