The house is down the street from the main Georgetown shops, walking distance to Wisconsin Ave and M street. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Only one of the bedrooms is occupied (by me-24 year old female). One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the backyard and a built in bookcase. The other bedroom has one window, both have a closet and both are upstairs. The upstairs bathroom would be shared along with the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath etc. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. There is a back deck and big backyard, pets are welcome.
