Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Scottsdale

Renting a fully furnished room with a private bathroom in my 3-bedroom apartment located in North Scottsdale. The room is furnished with a flatscreen TV, streaming services, queen size bed, two nightstands, a desk, and a chair. Essentials such as beddings, linens, pillows, towels, can be provided upon request. The apartment is newly renovated with upgraded finishes and has a patio with a grill and a washer and dryer inside the unit. You would be sharing the unit with me (39 yr old female) my small dog and my mother who lives with me part time. my mother typically stays with me 2-3 weeks 3-4 times a year. Looking for someone who is nice, respectful, likes dogs and will keep the common areas clean. The apartment complex is within short walking distance to several restaurants and a Target. Centrally located to everything! 15–20-minute drive to Old Town, 25-minute drive to ASU, 30-minute drive to Mesa and downtown Phoenix. Apartment community is gated, and amenities include two community pools, hot tub, and a gym. Rent is $1300 per month and includes all utilities. Free guest parking is available in the complex and is first come, first serve. However, a designated parking space would be available for rent for $75 per month. Looking for someone to move in as early as November 6. Open to a month to month sublet or as long as 4 months. Security deposit required to move in.
