Between us,The Apartment itself is in a very nice neighborhood with grocery stores(Trader joes, Whole foods), restaurants, coffee shops,shopping centers(Scottsdale Quarter 5 mins Away), fitness centers - ANYTHING you can think of, is within 5-10 minutes away. This is ideal for someone who is looking to save a little money per month while not sacrificing any living quality whatsoever. I will be very picky with applicants- so please, come as advertised. Again, I am looking for someone who has great hygiene and is “responsible.”This Place has in unit laundry as well. Full size kitchen (fully equipped).
