Single person must be employed with references. No drugs or heavy alcohol. Area is very close to beautiful park that has water and lots of activities one block away. 8 minutes to airport five minutes to downtown Scottsdale and Tempe marketplace. Police and fire within four blocks. Grocery stores, Banks and restaurants within 1 mile. Comfortable lived in home security cameras for everyone’s safety (not in bedrooms). Asking $750 a month rent. Add utilities $200 monthly.$400 deposit half is refundable upon movie.
