Hi there!We are looking for a third roommate to live here. The room available is is incredibly spacious and comes with a walk-in closet! The apartment itself is also spacious, fully furnished, and features a lovely balcony, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. It’s in West Town, a great neighborhood, and just a 20-minute walk to Fulton Market and Downtown. You’ll share the space with two clean, laid-back roommates. One roommate is 23 and from Ireland, the other roommate is 23 and from the U. S. We both work full time so you probably won't see us much, but if you do we are very friendly and easy going.Flexible Move-In: December, or JanuaryPrice $I000: with no utilities or furniture.
