Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Southside

I am a graduate of the UCSF-Berkeley medical anthropology doctoral program and am seeking a student or visiting faculty member to rent a room in my apartment that is located one block from the campus. I currently work as a professor in Mexico and am rarely home. My preference would be for someone neat and quiet. No parking available and no animals. The apartment is fully furnished and is immediately available for ONE person. Rent is $1200/month, including utilities. The room is available immediately for short term (one semester) or long term (two years, until I return permanently). I am only home three times a year for short visits, so the person will have lots of privacy
