Helllo, I have one available room for rent in a quiet area of Spring Valley currently occupied by my wife and I. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The rooms is furnished all you need to do is move in with your clothes and whatever else you need. The room has a shared bathroom shared living room and kitchen. An ideal roomate is one that works or goes to school that comes home to relax and unwind from the day. We have a spacious yard for leisure as well as many hills that have trails above. It’s an ideal space to get away from the cluster and congestion of people below. We are minutes away from shopping centers and freeways with many food varieties in the area. We do have bus stops down the hill but is car reliant as the buses have stops about a 10 minute walk down and probably a 20 min walk back up.
