Rent 5 bedroom house in Bremerton

This is one of two rooms available for rent in our beautiful new built home. We are in a small quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by trees and a view of the Olympics. Sometimes you can even look out the window and see deer grazing on the hill. Patio has furniture for you sit back, relax, and enjoy the wonderful breeze we get up in our neighborhood. The home backs up to a green belt and has a large maintained backyard. The room is located on the 2nd floor. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with our second renter. The bathroom has a shower/tub, toilet, and a double vanity to provide each renter their own sink and under counter space. The shared common spaces are living room, kitchen, dining room, and loft. The room is furnished with brand new furniture: a queen bed, stand up dresser, nightstand, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. You will have access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Max, and Apple TV. Feel free to hang things with command strips to help make the space your own. You will also get to enjoy a view of the Olympic mountains from your bedroom window. We provide internet, all utilities, kitchen fully stocked with all appliances/utensils you would need to cook a meal, toilet paper, hand soap/cleaning products, and filtered drinking water. A spot is cleared in the fridge and pantry for you to use. Washer/Dryer is located on the second floor. You would need to provide your own laundry detergent (no fabric softener please). No children, pets/animals, or vaping/smoking allowed. No guests or overnight guests. On-street parking is available. We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but are still close to the highway, navel base, ferry terminal, grocery stores, and Olympic College.You will be sharing the common spaces with me, my husband, our 2 children (ages 16 & 4), and our bernedoodle. We are friendly, clean, and organized people. Both my husband and I work from home. We love cooking, watching soccer, enjoying the outdoors, fishing, and watching movies with our children. We do require a background and credit check for all roommates. No criminal background or evictions. Cost of background/credit check is at renters expense. We ask that the room be kept somewhat clean and that you pick up after yourself.
