Each room has a full-sized bed, nightstand with lamp, a full closet, and a TV. The house is over 1800 sqft, with wide open, well lit living room, dining room, kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house rocks a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. Right now there's three other tenants (two F, one M). We are working professionals and enjoy a quiet environment. You'd be sharing a bathroom with other 2 tenants and have full access to common areas, washer and dryer, and the backyard. There are no pets in the house. No pets allowed. No smoking. Single occupancy only.
