Access is limited to owners and tenants. The HOA keeps a security patrol and other professionals to maintain a clean and safe neighborhood.. Realize that this is not a roommate rental but a private room and private bath along with kitchen and patio privileges. Minimum stay is 30 days and maximum is 6 months for this month to month rental. All utilities are included as well as garbage, recycling, and composting. Parking area is across the private street the home is on. There is no storage outside the room but a bike can be kept next to mine in the enclosed patio.$1150/mth plus $1000 security deposit.
