Upstairs is a good sized Furnished room available for $1500 for female. It has a large bathroom shared with one female 32 year old roomate. Downstairs is a small furnished room with its own bathroom. This is a bigger home with lots of space. Please only bring clothes and necessary items. There isn’t any room for cookware/dishes/decor items in the common parts of the house. What you bring must fit in your room. *We prefer a female roomate as all roomates are female.* No Exceptions The location is in Great Park, Irvine, very close to Five Point Amphitheater. I am only home a couple days a month or less and the other roomate works full time. Nice large shared bathroom. There is ample street parking in front of the house. No couples or pets. Gainful employment is necessary. Please do not work from home. We are female’s in their 30’s and are looking for another woman in the same age range. We don’t have guests over often and appreciate the same. The home is beautifully decorated with new furniture and there is a peaceful outdoor garden space in the backyard with a fire pit and furniture. The community has multiple pools, parks, and trails and is extremely safe and quiet. Month to month. One months rent for deposit.
