The house is located near several hospital, restaurants, 7 mins drive to Westfield Galleria Mall (Only 2 minutes’ drive away to Sierra College or 7 minutes by foot, and 11 minutes’ drive to Jessup University Rocklin Campus. You will be sharing house with my 8 year old daughter and I, and my partner visits us time to time.My daughter is well behaved and respectful young lady. We are pretty easy going.
