Price per month € 713 per month including heating, electricity, water, furniture.
Starting date: until . No extension possible!

By taking the room; a contract will be send as well as the following invoices:
- Rent from half September 2024 up to and including October 30, 2024
- Mandatory prepaid rent (June 2025)
- Administration costs € 95
