It is a furnished room: queen size bed, NEW 40" flat-screen smart tv, nighttable, 4.3 cu. ft. refrigerator, 5 drawer-dresser, ceiling fan, and closet with organizing system. The bathroom has a shower. You will need to bring your own towels and linen/bedspread.No shoes allowed in home except for HOUSE slippers and no shoes at all in rooms!I'm looking for someone who will take care of and respect my things & home. There are renters in other rooms in the house, but your area is private.You will have use of the kitchen, dining area & outdoors. Living area is private. No washer/dryer privileges at this time.The tone of the house is low-key. Quiet hours are from 10: PM-10: am (unless you see that everyone else is up or gone to work). Not a party house at all! We share food items (share area on kitchen table) and occasionally a meal. I encourage positive/respectful communication amongst all adults here. No kids at all![Internet/wifi & cable are optional extra charges. Price varies because it's divided amongst who is using it.
