Rent a room in Pittsburgh

Hi. It's Me. I'm looking for someone to move in with me starting in January. Why? My roomie is graduating early and going back to Boston, and I can't afford rent without someone in the second bedroom. Why should you be interested? I'm cool. I'm silly. I track bills and insurance. I take out the trash and fix minor things around the apartment. I talk to the landlord and keep him in check. Why else? Because this apartment is pretty big for the price and location. It's fully furnished with a living room, dining room, book nook, kitchen, laundry – everything you need. Heard enough?
