Rent a room in Chattanooga

My mom and I live together in a 2-story home of about 2,200 square feet with a garage. It is located in East Brainerd, about 5 minutes from Hamilton Place Mall, is in a highly desirable and safe location, is in a very friendly and safe community, and has sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Inside the lower level has a foyer, a very large space where the kitchen, kitchen table, and living room are, a bathroom, a separate dining room, and a Master's suite with a full bath and jacuzzi you're welcome to use. The downstairs is fully hardwood. When you go up the L-shaped staircase to the 2nd floor where there's a full bath and 4 rooms-your bedroom being the largest. We have a bed and night stand available if desired. We have a nice screened-in back porch with a collection of water fountains and a large level back yard. Also we have one cat who's better off being the king of the palace and it's probably better to keep it that way for him and another pet as well sorry about that!
