The room is on the main floor of the house. Utilities included. The roommate would have access to the furnished and equipped home (kitchen, living room, deck, etc.).Currently, there are two roommates with whom you would share the home. They are typically gone all day and are very quiet. My wife and I will stay at the home every few months (we have a furnished basement downstairs) to maintain the yard, replace filters, etc. Other than that, it is just the roomies.We are looking for a working professional. This is a quiet, professional shared living setting, so parties, large group events, excessive alcohol, drug use, or anything else that does not support a peaceful, safe living environment for everyone is not tolerated.
