Minimum 12-month lease commitment.The Room:$1,000/month rent. First month and a security deposit to move in. The room measures 13' by 12’ has 2 windows and a large closet. There is a $100 monthly fee for light, gas, heat, water and high-speed internet. Monthly total rent is $1,100The Apartment:4-bedroom, 2 bathroom, high ceilings and hardwood floors. THE ROOM IS FURNISHED. High End Finishes. New Floors, Doors, Kitchen, Granite, Appliances, Bathrooms, Marble Floor, Spot Lights, Video Intercom, Security Cameras. Located on a quiet street. Every Room has a nice sized closet and a flat screen TV. Washer/Dryer in Apartment.The apartment has a well-lit and spacious kitchen/common area, and there is plenty of cabinet and shelf space for dry food, etc. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, level-headed, respectful, clean, and communicates well. We want to maintain a relaxed, positive environment. The Neighborhood:Awesome neighborhood, very diverse, with tons of grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, cafes, shops and restaurants.
