Hello I’m living in normal heights, great location. Living room is furnished no need for anything else except a dining table I don’t have that. You get your own room, a back patio, your own bathroom, and your own parking spot. Rent including wifi and power is about 1300 but rent itself is $1182.50 each and then we split WiFi and power. Bathrooms newly renovated and new baseboards. I have two cats and we can’t have other pets as they do not get along with them. You’re welcome to have them be your buddy they are very friendly.
