Looking for one new roommate for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for November 1st in the Miracle Mile area, near The Grove. I have lived here for over five years and it has been a great apartment along with its prime location.Apartment includes an Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Central AC and Heater, parking spot in gated parking garage, and Building Laundry/Dryer (coin based). Also the living room and kitchen are already furnished.Applicants must be Queer friendly. No pets allowed sadly. While the lease is a month by month lease, looking for someone who would stay for at least six months or longer. No application fee outside of a credit check, once approved a security deposit of $1,175 must be made along with rent for the month of November.Willing to do tours virtually or in-person.
