Rent a room in Broadwater

Hi there! I just purchased my first home here in Florida, and I feel almost like an adult.....ish although I love the freedom, I am looking to rent out my extra room to someone who can appreciate Gulfport/St. Pete and living it up in Florida.The room has a walk-in closet, guest bathroom, garage space, a gate fob, and 24/7 access to the pool, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, grills, rec center, and bike trail.I can be flexible on lease agreement $ and length of stay and can offer the room fully furnished or empty depending on need (It's furnished now ready to move in). I am a pretty relaxed roommate as long as there is communication.I like to work hard then have wine, work out, and I need the pool/beach on the weekends.When it comes to living with me I am pretty easy to get along with, I have a small dog who is 17lbs and loves all other animals too much.
