Hello! I have one room left to rent in Lewisville! Rent is $650/month + Utilities. All together this is under $800. With the summer time heat, it may go over a little bit. You will share a bathroom with one male and one female. We have a shared office space, a large backyard yard with a patio and storage shed. Its a safe and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has a gas stove if youre into cooking. We have cats and would prefer no dogs.
