Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 65 m² in Hamburg

I would like to sublet the apartment for 3 months as soon as possible, but I will return from abroad after 2 months and move into the bedroom with balcony. The 2 tenants are then in the room with the additional sofa bed together for the last month. And of course, only the rent of €650 will be charged for June.
I'm in a time crunch because I was canceled at short notice and my plane is leaving soon.
The balcony room has a large white rattan bed (140 x 200 cm), toppers, chests of drawers and its own small balcony and walk-in closet.
The room with the red additional sofa bed has a 140 x 200 cm metal bed, 2 cupboards with 8 drawers and a white wardrobe.
Of course, I can provide bed utensils, towels, etc. free of charge.
My apartment is super cut and has 2 balconies, the beautiful garden behind the house is used by the residents and is fully equipped. Smoking is on the balcony, please not in the room!
Chateauneufstraße is a one-way street and therefore very quiet!
To the S-Bahn "Hasselbrook" you walk about 5 minutes and then you are in 7 minutes at the main station. In addition, the subway station "Hammer Kirche" and "Wandsbeker Chaussee" is nearby (approx. 10 min. walk)!
The very nice "Hammer Park" is in the immediate vicinity, just walk across the street and you are in another world!

ich möchte die Wohnung so schnell wie möglich für 3 Monate untervermieten, werde aber nach 2 Monaten aus dem Ausland zurückkehren und in das Schlafzimmer mit Balkon einziehen.
Die 2 Mieter sind dann für den letzten Monat zusammen im Zimmer mit der zusätzlichen roten Schlafcouch. Und natürlich wird für den Juni nur die Miete von 650 € berechnet.
Ich bin in Zeitnot, weil mir kurzfristig abgesagt wurde und mein Flieger bald abfliegt.
Das Balkonzimmer verfügt über ein großes weißes Rattanbett (140 x 200 cm), Topper, Kommoden und einen eigenen kleinen Balkon und begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Das Zimmer mit der roten Zusatzschlafcouch verfügt über ein 140 x 200 cm großes Metallbett, 2 Schränke mit 8 Schubladen und einen weißen Kleiderschrank.
Selbstverständlich kann ich Bettzeug, Handtücher etc. kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen.
Meine Wohnung ist super geschnitten und hat 2 Balkone, der schöne Garten hinter dem Haus wird von den Bewohnern genutzt und ist komplett ausgestattet.
Geraucht wird auf dem Balkon, bitte nicht im Zimmer!
Die Chateauneufstraße ist eine Einbahnstraße und daher sehr ruhig!
Zur S-Bahn "Hasselbrook" laufen Sie ca. 5 Minuten und dann sind Sie in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem ist die U-Bahn-Station "Hammer Kirche" und "Wandsbeker Chaussee" in der Nähe (ca. 10 Min. Fußweg)!
Der sehr schöne "Hammer Park" befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, einfach über die Straße gehen und man ist in einer anderen Welt!
