On the ground floor of our drive-in house we rent for someone alone or a couple who temporarily needs a living space (we live on the first floor ourselves). The studio will be available from May 1, 2025. We are looking for a quiet and neat person who has a job or is studying. It is a room with the layout below, only the entrance is shared, otherwise concerns an independent living space. Layout:-Living room is on the ground floor with kitchen, induction hob and extractor hood.- a washing machine is available- fridge / freezer is available- Combi microwave oven- equipped with window blinds-bathroom with shower room with shower screen and a sink and toilet.-Internet connection + wifiShopping center and public transport within walking distance and in a quiet neighborhood with free parking and covered bicycle storagethe Minimum rental period is 1 month. The rental price of the studio is 1000 euros all-in (based on normal energy consumption, etc.) for 1 person. For an extra person we charge a surcharge of 250 euros. We ask for a deposit of 1000 euros. Smoking is not allowed inside. Viewing is possible if interested and by appointment.
