Rent 3 bedroom house in Sandy

Large 3 bedroom home. You would have a space in the driveway for parking your motorcar. full run of the house. we have a large laundry room with folding table and storage. The bathroom you would be sharing with my other roommate . , you will have your own sink and storage area in the bathroom. The $700.00 covers rent and all your bills. The $300.00 is basically a cleaning deposit when you move out. We have Direct Tv and every channel. We have Wi-Fi for internet. We are pretty laid back. I will not allow hard drugs in my home. Marijuana is ok but nothing harder that that. I don't drink I have 29 years sobriety and clean time. Thanks Brian
