This tastefully renovated apartment has one king-sized bed, sofa bed and free parking. Steeped in history and set in the beautiful village of Broseley. You can enjoy the village life, complete with local butchers, pub and other independent shops and amenities. All while being just 5 minutes away from Ironbridge. The Iron House Apartments have been created by Peter & Kieran Gwilt on the site of the historic "E Davis & Son Ironmongers." The space We're very excited to welcome guests to The Iron House Apartments - Hillarys Hideaway! The apartment has been recently renovated and we have aimed to keep the history of the building alive, treasure it, if you will. As you enter the apartment you are greeted with plenty of light as the windows let it flow in! The apartment is largely set in an open plan manner, with the lounge area featuring a large sofa, that can be made into a double bed upon request. There is also a smart TV. You are welcome to use Netflix and other streaming apps, if you have accounts for these. In this space there is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. Your kitchen features many amenities, electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, and Tassimo coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar area in the kitchen, ideal for 2 people. There is a shared Laundry room for guests on the rear terrace with a washing machine, sink, and tumble dryer.. The bedroom features a lovely king-sized bed, complimented with bed side tables and lamps. To store your clothes, there is a wardrobe and to make sure you're still looking fabulous, a full length mirror. There is a shower room, with a double headed shower (rain or standard head - your choice!), wc and basin. There is outdoor space for guests to enjoy, it is private and there is a table and chair set where you can enjoy a meal, al fresco! The apartment is located up a flight of stairs and therefore guests will be required to have a degree of mobility. Dogs are allowed, there is a small charge of £10 per dog. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a paper shop next door for essentials open every day and Spar is 100yds away. Guest access Guests will have full access to all of the apartment & the outdoor space. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner?s schedule. EV CHARGING: There are four EV charging points at the library, which 4 minutes walk away. Please note: There are other guests within the building and we kindly ask that you are respectful when moving around and close doors quietly.
