3 Beds 2 Baths - House This is a house with a smaller granny flat with separate entrances upstairs that is occupied. The people upstairs are my 2 young adult single children. Essentially a two family house where the major portion - the whole first floor is being rented. Current renters move out 10/31. The house is approached by either of two stairs on - if stairs are a problem this would not be a match . The stairs are because the house is on a hillside overlooking the Tappan Zee bridge. There are two shared parking areas on the property below the stairs. The view is a spectacular one. Utilities are separate and for water, gas, garbage, electricity, wifi, cable we charge $500.
