- If the property is currently tenanted, to minimise any intrusion on the tenant's privacy, a maximum of 3 people (including nominated attendee) will be permitted to enter the property.
- No photos/videos are to be taken during inspections, when tenant's belongings are in place.
- The property must be viewed by either yourself, or someone on your behalf, before an application may be submitted. We are unable to provide online or virtual inspections.
