Rent 3 bedroom house in San Marcos

I am looking for a roommate to share my 3-bedroom 2 bath home with. The home is located in San Marcos and is close to the outlet malls and there are lots of restaurants and places to shop close by. I am asking rent $750/month for a 6-month lease with a security deposit of $350.00. The room is unfurnished and roomy enough for a queen size bed and other furniture if nothing is oversized. The bathroom is shared but will be mostly yours.I am looking for someone that is older about 35 up. No pets allowed; however, you must be okay sharing the home with 2 cats. I do not want anyone who does illegal substances, smoking, nor excessive drinking.
