Seeking a new housemate to move in on December 15.Rent is $1,100/MoUpon move in: first mo rent and deposit ($1200).Utilities are not included. We pay for trash (paid every 3 mo cycle), water (every other month), PG&E and internet (paid monthly), which varies but generally around $100/mo. This house is smoking free and cannot have pets. You will have a private bedroom off of the living room — the bathroom will be shared with the two other tenants living upstairs.
