There is also another full bath available for use downstairs so you will never be without a full bathroom. Access to all common areas (kitchen, laundry room, and living areas). I keep the common areas of the home fairly clean and orderly. I am quiet & very respectful. I do not violate your space & want the same in return. No parties or drugs.
