The eating and sitting area of the room (9 x m) are furnished with a dining table that easily accommodates 6-8 people, a library with ladder and storage space, lounge chair, coffee table and large L-shaped couch. Via a large sliding glass door, the back of the living room extends into the private garden (7.5 x 5 meter) complete with easily maintained Astroturf, garden furniture (dining table and chairs and small shed) included.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom (5.1 x 2.9m) is located at the front of the house overlooking the communal garden.
