You are welcome to make use of this but please use responsibly and follow the guest manual instructions, plus, please note you will need to provide your own fuel as we cannot guarantee any will be left in the house hold. Please provide either logs or smokeless coal.The doors should be kept shut when the stove is lit. When the burner is in use it gets very hot so please take care and use the tool provided to open the door to add fuel. There is no permanent fireguard, so if you have young children staying in the property, please use your judgement and extreme caution as to if/when you use the stove. Fire must be put out when not attended.Additional rules- No parties please- No extra guests- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down- No noise after 10pm- Indoor shoes/slippers preferred- Treat the flat as if it were your own- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will
