The garage has been converted into a full on recreation room complete with a large flat screen, sectional couch and pool table, dart board, and weight set. All New appliances included. This unit has a large kitchen with quartz counter tops, brand new appliances. Living room, dining room and kitchen furnishings will be provided New carpeting throughout the property open into the large living space with natural bright light, 3 full bathrooms, large storage closest downstairs and in each room. Upstairs has 5 bedrooms including the master suite with its own private bath. Laundry area upstairs and a full bathroom in the hallway. Monthly utilities will be included. There is a host that vacuums and sanitizes the house on a weekly basis. We Clean everything daily with bleach and disinfect. You are expected to clean after yourself.
