English: The small, lovingly and freshly renovated old building apartment is located in the backyard of a prominent building at the end of the pedestrian zone of Maximilianstrasse on the island of Lindau. The apartment is therefore absolutely centrally located and yet completely quiet, which is particularly valuable in the summer months, as Lindau is a popular tourist magnet. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The old oak parquet has been freshly sanded and oiled. Moroccan cement tiles have been laid in the bathroom and kitchen, giving the apartment a southern and cozy flair. The kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the bedroom and living area by a wall. It also has a small balcony. The view from the bedroom and living area goes directly into a beautiful large backyard, in the middle of which a beautiful walnut tree grows. In the bedroom there is a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, which is separated from the living area by a velvet curtain. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and a small dining area. There is another apartment on the floor above in the small island house. This is also rented furnished.

Location
As the apartment is located in a beautiful backyard, you can enjoy the amenities of the central location and at the same time have a quiet pool to retreat to. At the entrance to the house there is the possibility to safely park either a stroller or bicycles. From this apartment you can discover and experience the island in all its different facets and advantages because you are right in the middle of it. The most beautiful, most romantic restaurants are just around the corner. Particularly worth mentioning is the small, charming and well-known theater café, which is located just around the corner from the backyard. Here you can find the best cakes on the whole island.
There are bus lines 2 and 5 nearby and several train lines that connect you to regional and national destinations.
German: Die kleine liebevoll und frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof eines prominenten Gebäudes am Ende der Fussgängerzone der Maximilianstrasse auf der Insel Lindau. Die Wohnung liegt also absolut zentral und trotzdem vollkommen ruhig, was in den Sommermonaten besonders wertvoll ist, da Lindau ein begehrter Touristenmagnet ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig. Das alte Eichenparkett wurde frisch geschliffen und geölt. In Bad und Küche wurden marokkanische Zementfliessen verlegt, die der Wohnungen einen südlichen und wohligen Flair verleihen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und durch eine Wand vom Schlaf- und Wohnbereich separiert. Zudem verfügt sie über einen kleinen Balkon. Die Aussicht vom Schlaf- und Wohnbereich geht direkt in einen wunderschönen grossen Hinterhof, in dessen Mitte ein schöner Nussbaum wächst. Im Schlafbereich befindet sich ein Bett mit den Massen 160 x 200 cm, welches durch einen Samtvorhang vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt ist. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, TV und einer kleinen Essecke ausgestattet. In dem kleinen Inselhaus befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung im Stock darüber. Diese wird ebenfalls möbliert vermietet.

Lage
Da sich die Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Hinterhof befindet, kann man die Annehmlichkeiten der zentralen Lage geniessen und gleichzeitig hat man für sich einen Ruhepool, an den man sich zurückziehen kann. Am Hauseingang besteht die Möglichkeit, entweder einen Kinderwagen oder auch Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Von dieser Wohnung aus kann man die Insel in all seinen unterschiedlichen Facetten und Vorzügen entdecken und erleben, weil Sie mittendrin sind. Die schönsten, romantischsten Restaurants liegen gleich um die Ecke. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das kleine charmante und bekannte Theaterkaffee, das sich direkt um die Ecke des Hinterhofes befindet. Hier gibt es die besten Kuchen auf der ganzen Insel.
Nahe gelegen gibt es die Buslinien 2 und 5 und einige Bahnlinien, die Sie mit regionalen und überregionalen Zielen verbinden.
