Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Sacramento

Hello,My name is Imya Price! I am renting out my second spacious bedroom for rent at a reasonable cost which $1200 flat each month including utilities such as wifi, water, trash, etc! No need to pay anything additional. I charge same amount of rent for deposit to secure the tenant’s spot and to ensure they will want it returned at the end of their stay. There is a beautiful pool set up and gym! I just ask for a 30 day notice in advance if ever needing to move out so that I can return the deposit and have enough time to scout another roomate! I’m very easygoing but very professional, organized, clean, and am big on communication. This is a really good deal because the apartment is fully furnished comes with a bed, 2 mirror slider doors, a dresser, etc. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished which you’ll have complete access to! I just ask for a peaceful, responsible, communicative roomate who is serious about needing a place to stay!
