Rent 4 bedroom house in Oakland Park

Me and my husband have 3 bedrooms in our home that We Rent out and one of the bedrooms just became available. We are looking for girls only since our other two roommates are two Amazins females. Also we cannot have any more pets because we have two cats and a dogs that are very sweet but they are not fans of other pets.:( Cheer!it is fully furnished with queen bed, side tables, TV with Apple TV and closet.
