Large rooms in a chalet, with mosquito net awning and good windows, door with lock, television and good beds, fans, bed linen included. One of the rooms has a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The costs of electricity, water, gas are not included. Note: the tenants are mature people who know how to live with other people, the owner has certain rules that must be followed: 1. The bed linen is changed every 15 days, the tenant is responsible for washing and ironing their personal clothes and bed linen using their own products. 2. The bathroom is used responsibly and is cleaned twice a week Monday and Friday. 3- No more than 2 people are allowed in the kitchen at a time, staying the necessary time, avoiding as far as possible using the mobile phone so as not to interfere with the schedule of another user.
