Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Fullerton

Hi there! My roommate and I are currently looking for someone to take over our old roommate’s room at the end of our lease (January 31st). The room is 10.5 by 12 feet with a closet that spans the entire width of the room (not included in the 12 feet). It has one small window and one big window, along with a ceiling fan. The room is $1k and we’re open to 1-2 people, if there’s anyone who’s okay sharing a room that size!Our apartment as a whole is a two bedroom, one bath apartment located in Southwest Fullerton, about 15 minutes away from CSUF. We’re on the upper floor of our part of the complex, which is only accessible by a stairwell. There’s no in unit washer or dryer, however there are multiple laundry rooms throughout the complex. We also have an ac unit and a dishwasher.We’re a completely lgbt household! I’m trans and bi, my other roommate is nonbinary and a lesbian. We have two cats, which is the max amount of pets allowed in our lease. Also! One of us is a Christian and one of us is agnostic! If religion is of much importance to you :)We’d love a roommate that’s interested in being friends, but it’s okay if you’re not!
