The available bedroom is unfurnished, 12ft x 11ft space with 2 closets. Additional storage is available in a detached garage, parking spot included. Walking distance to Wagon Road Park and Ride. Plenty of bike/walking trails nearby and close to retail stores & restaurants. The ideal move-in date, June 15th or July 1st, flexible. The rent is $800 plus utilities ($70-$100), and deposit $600. 6 Month lease, minimum. A little about me: I am a personable and professional female, mostly working at home. I have two cats who are well behaved and friendly. I am an active person, I enjoy getting outside on the weekends to ski, hike, camp, bike and see music.About you.... Professional with a solid job and ideally work out of the home. You are responsible, respectful, enjoy a clean space and willing to share monthly house cleaning chores.
