Rent a room in Rock Hill

I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s spot on the lease. Apartment is in the community Waterford Terrace in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Single room with a door leading to the balcony. You have your own bathroom separate from the bedroom. Rent is $1,635 TOTAL, split in half would be about $820 (including some utilities, excluding Wi-Fi)I’m a friendly, go-with-the-flow type of person that minds my own business. I work a night shift job, so I usually sleep during the days and I go to work at night. Noise doesn’t really bother me unless it’s excessive. I have 2 small dogs that are friendly, quiet, a little shy when meeting new animals, and sleep pretty much all day and night.
