Walk out basement for rent of a raised ranch. Large enough space for bedroom and living room. Currently furnished with bed, couch, tv and bar area. I would prefer to be able to leave items, but obviously up for discussion. Shared half bath/laundry on same level. Full bathroom and kitchen on floor above (main level). Homeowner is year old single female professional. Has 1 cat. Very sweet, but doesn't get along with other pets, so asking no pets of tenant.
