House is located in quiet neighborhood located close to the freeway. Both rooms are fully furnished and have Xfinity Streaming available along with either a fire-stick or chrome-cast. An Alexa is in every room and the garage is converted into a bonus room. In the back is a she-shed fully furnished as a quiet place to relax as a bonus room There are hammocks and swings to relax outback on nice days along with a fire pit.There is a swim spa for exercising, or lounging, and a 3 person sauna available for use.
