I'm 46 years old .and im disabled .My son's are 16 and 19. Im quite my kids r on games when there home. No drugs weed ok. No drama and pls no drinking all day. . Once an awhile fine. There a living room that's all yours we only use once in awhile. Decent size kitchen if u love to cook..fire pit and a nice porch.
